- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and IT to identify technical needs
- Own Salesforce configuration and administration for revenue systems
- Provide technical support to revenue teams via help desk tickets
- Lead operational revenue improvement projects and manage timelines
- Create reports and dashboards for GTM stakeholder visibility
- 4+ years in sales/revenue operations role
- Certified in Salesforce Administration
- Experience managing systems from discovery to launch
- Proficient in analytical problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills to explain concepts clearly
