AI Growth Marketing Manager at ABC Fitness

This hands-on role will involve building automated marketing systems, using AI, and optimizing workflows to streamline operations. You'll collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams across global markets to identify and resolve revenue bottlenecks effectively. Key Responsibilities:

Design automated outbound and ABM workflows
Build and maintain lead scoring and ICP models
Own marketing data foundation in CRM
Automate seller and campaign operations
Prototype new plays using AI and monitor results

Requirements:

5+ years in growth marketing or sales development
Experience with CRM/marketing automation tools
Familiarity with AI tools and workflows
Strong understanding of account-based marketing strategies
Excellent cross-functional communication skills
