Make an impact with our Clients and Services Marketing team as a Manager. This diverse team of professionals drives the growth and success of MNP’s brand. As a trusted advisor, you’ll collaborate with MNP leaders to plan and develop strategic and integrated marketing resources that support MNP’s goals.

Responsibilities

• Support with the development, management, and execution of strategic plans that drive greater awareness and market penetration
• Collaborate with a variety of national leaders and Regional Marketing Managers, to ensure consistency with marketing programs and business plans
• Act as the conduit for communication of processes, timelines for operational items, and the escalation of issues or inquiries
• Develop industry relationships with organizations and their respective marketing departments, and attend select events, workshops, and conferences
• Support with analyzing the effectiveness of marketing strategies and plans, and make adjustments or recommend improvements to drive continuous improvement
• Prepare and manage a marketing budget that supports the fulfillment of objectives, and report expenditure variances to appropriate stakeholders
• Demonstrate ongoing improvement in marketing return on investment through performance data and the reporting process
• Understand MNP’s business, internal stakeholders, client relationships and key internal customers
• Build strong working relationships and communicate regularly with a variety of marketing team members to support our connected approach to marketing at MNP
• Build and maintain a proficiency in marketing planning, traditional, online, and interactive media, media relations, sponsorships and events, business development, and ongoing relationship marketing

Skills And Experience

• Post Secondary education in Marketing, Communications, Business/Commerce, or a related area
• 4+ years of business-to-business marketing experience
• Understanding of data management, client segmentation strategy and data visualization platforms (Power BI)
• Foundational understanding of business development principles, account management planning and, pursuit strategy in professional services
• Demonstrated ability to deal with people (of all levels) sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally at all times
• Ability to work well under pressure, individually, and as part of a team while balancing multiple demands
• Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Demonstrated attention to detail and time-management skills in order to meet multiple deadlines
