• Greet clients, addressing inquiries and ensuring satisfaction
• Triaging telephone calls to the relevant staff members
• Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area
• Manage kitchen duties and meeting setups
• Assist with general administrative tasks as assigned

• Minimum one year of related experience
• Proficient in English; multilingual is an asset
