Senior Manager Medicare Underwriting

Lead Medicare underwriting strategy at CVS Health® while guiding teams, managing risk, and advancing profitable growth across key business segments.As Senior Manager, Underwriting, you will direct underwriting professionals supporting Public and Labor, National Accounts, and Middle Market segments. You will manage performance goals, margin, membership targets, and delivery of accurate, competitive, customer-focused solutions. The position partners with Sales, Account Management, and cross-functional business teams.Key Responsibilities:

Five or more years of medical underwriting experienceMedicare or group health insurance product experienceExperience leading, coaching, mentoring, or developing professionalsKnowledge of risk assessment and pricing methodologiesAdvanced Microsoft Excel and analytical tool proficiencyBring Medicare underwriting leadership, analytical expertise, and relationship-building skills to CVS Health’s customer-focused growth strategy.
