Key Responsibilities: - Underwrite complex commercial property and casualty risks - Evaluate unique risks with sound technical judgment - Build and maintain strong broker relationships - Provide mentorship to underwriting staff - Promote underwriting excellence and service standards
Requirements: - Minimum 12 years in commercial insurance - Post-secondary education or relevant industry experience - CIP and/or FCIP designation preferred - Strong analytical and communication skills - Proven leadership in mentoring underwriting professionals
