- Location: Fully Remote (Anywhere in Canada)
- Compensation: $65,000 - $85,000 base salary + uncapped commission
- Expected Bonus: $67,000+ average annual commission earnings (paid monthly & annually)
- Total Expected OTE: $132,000 - $152,000+ (based on performance)

What We Are Looking For
- The 360 Experience: Prior experience managing a full 360-degree recruitment desk (both agency business development/sales and candidate delivery) or a highly transferable corporate B2B sales background.
- Industry Niche Expertise: Direct experience recruiting or selling within the mining ecosystem – specifically targeting exploration, planning/engineering, operations, or downstream manufacturing.
- Market Familiarity: Experience selling into and navigating both Canadian and US markets is considered a major asset.
- An Entrepreneurial Mindset: A results-driven professional with the drive, resilience, and ambition to scale a high-performing portfolio from a remote environment.
