- Administer medications and support enteral feeding
- Perform head-to-toe physical assessments each shift
- Educate patients and families on health conditions
- Monitor and document patient condition changes
- Collaborate with healthcare teams for care planning
- Current registration with the CNO and good standing
- Valid CPR/First Aid Certification
- Complete immunization records required
- Clean Vulnerable Sector Screen within 3 months
- Must hold a valid Palliative Education Certificate
