Vendor Management Analyst at Intact

Elevate vendor management processes at Intact as a Vendor Management Analyst. This hybrid role demands analytical skills, contract management, and strategic sourcing to drive operational efficiency. Key responsibilities include contract renewals, cost savings strategies, and leading reporting for senior stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:

Manage contract renewals with strategic planning
Prepare negotiation strategies for vendor approvals
Analyze vendor contracts for cost-saving opportunities
Maintain a Power BI dashboard for spend visibility
Coordinate resolution for vendor disputes and issues

Requirements:

Bachelor’s in Business, Finance, or IT
3+ years in vendor management or strategic sourcing
Proficiency in Excel and Oracle ERP
Strong communication skills
Bilingualism required in Quebec
