Apply strategic insight.This Senior Consultant or Manager role leads complex HR technology transformations within EY’s HR Technology practice. You will partner with clients to design benefits programs, eligibility rules, enrollment workflows, and life event management. The position also emphasizes compliance, solution ownership, analytics, and continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end global benefits technology transformationsDesign benefits programs and enrollment workflowsEnsure compliance across diverse regional requirementsOwn benefits data strategy, reporting, and solution integrityCoordinate HR, IT, and vendor delivery teamsRequirements:
Experience managing complex multi-country technology programsStrong project management and analytical problem-solving skillsAbility to influence senior stakeholders through ambiguitySix to eight years of HR technology consulting experienceExecutive presence and facilitation skillsUse SAP SuccessFactors Global Benefits, program governance, and strategic consulting skills to deliver integrated global HR solutions at EY.
