Your role will include, but isn't limited to:Analyze the current business requirement and processes and recommend / develop solutions to meet the client needsDesign, configure and document SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management, Succession & Career Development Planning and Learning management modules based on business requirementsAssist in developing functional specification for developmentsAssisting in testing process (developing and maintaining test scripts and scenarios) to discover errors and issues in business processes, documentation or user's lack of experienceAssisting in application support, system testing and training of end usersWhat You'll Bring

Here's what we look for:Proven experience with SAP SuccessFactors SuccessFactors Performance Management, Succession & Career Development Planning and Learning management configuration experienceExperience with and knowledge of key integration points between SAP SuccessFactors modulesStrong knowledge of Microsoft tools including Excel and ProjectExperience with the cloud implementation methodology and project planning (at least 4 full cycle implementations)Experience leading teams in SAP SuccessFactors SuccessFactors Performance Management, Succession & Career Development Planning and Learning management projectsAbility to interpret business requirements, problems and provide clear recommendations. The posted salary range represents the expected hiring range for PwC locations in major city centres. Given our national recruiting approach, ranges may vary for positions in other locations. At PwC Canada, base salary is determined by your skills, experience, qualifications and work location. In addition to base salary, eligible employees may have opportunities to participate in variable incentive pay programs which are designed to reward individual and firm-wide achievements.
