- Mentor and support nursing staff through hands-on clinical guidance
- Serve as a resource for clinical standards and nursing processes
- Evaluate and enhance staff learning experiences
- Advocate for effective client care decision-making
- Assess learning needs and drive quality improvement initiatives
- Valid Registered Nurse license with BCCNM
- Three years of relevant Mental Health nursing experience
- Demonstrated mentoring capabilities
- Leadership training or relevant education
- Possible requirement for a BC Driver’s License
