Business Development Consultant - Davey Auto Sales | Oshawa, ON
Davey Auto Sales has been proudly serving the Oshawa community for over 45 years and we're growing! We're currently looking for a driven, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Business Development Consultant (BDC Representative) to join our team.

About the Role: As a BDC Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for many of our customers. You'll manage inbound leads, follow up with potential buyers, and help drive showroom traffic by booking appointments with our sales team. Your role is crucial to delivering the exceptional experience Davey Auto Sales is known for.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to internet, phone, and walk-in inquiries quickly and professionally
- Maintain ongoing communication with customers through phone, text, and email
- Set and confirm appointments for the sales team
- Accurately document all customer interactions in our CRM system
- Support marketing initiatives and help promote special offers and events
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless handoff of customer interactions
What You Bring to the Table:
- Previous BDC, call center, or customer service experience (automotive industry preferred)
- OMVIC Certification is a strong asset (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a high-energy environment
- Self-motivated, team-oriented, and results-driven attitude
- Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management is an asset
