We are looking for a temporary full-time Cleaner to join our Residential Rentals team!

About the Role

• Travel to various apartment buildings within the designated area to perform cleaning duties.


• Clean common areas, including lobbies, hallways, stairwells, and elevators.


• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and scrub floors as required.


• Dust and wipe down surfaces, including handrails, windowsills, and fixtures.


• Empty and sanitize trash bins and recycling containers.


• Clean and disinfect restrooms and other communal areas.


• Clean and disinfect turnover suites


• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to building management.


• Replenish cleaning supplies as needed.


• Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to the highest standard within the allotted time.


• Follow health and safety regulations and company policies at all times.


• A valid driver’s license and dependable vehicle are required.

Experience

• Previous experience in commercial or residential cleaning is preferred but not required.


• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.


• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.


• Reliable transportation to travel between job sites.


• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, if needed.


• Physical ability to lift heavy items, operate cleaning equipment, and perform tasks that involve bending, reaching, and standing for extended periods.


• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
