Dental Administrator: Growth, Mentorship & Full-Time

The team in North York, ON are looking for a passionate, hard-working Dental Administrator on a full-time basis.

The ideal Dental Administrator/ Administrative Assistant for our team enjoys working collaboratively with others and behind the scenes to organize, implement systems and structure and ensure the practice runs efficiently.

SCHEDULE:

• Mon- 8:45-5:30pm
• Tue 10:00-6 pm
• Wed 8:45-5: 30 pm
• Thur 8:45-5: 30 pm
• Alternate Sat 7:45-2:00 pm

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• 2 year of experience is required as a Dental Administrator is required
• Completion of a Dental Administration Program/Certificate
• Experience with dental practice management software such as AbdelDent is considered an asset
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
