Email Marketing Manager Salesforce Marketing Cloud

Lead RBC Direct Investing email marketing in Toronto, using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and precise campaign production. Manage communications across investing journeys and regulated sends.
As an experienced marketer, you will own email production and delivery for RBC Direct Investing. You will coordinate promotional campaigns, product announcements, automated journeys, and transactional communications. The work connects marketing, product, MarTech, writers, designers, Legal, Compliance, and Risk.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead campaigns and transactional emails from brief through deployment
- Build accurate, on-brand emails within Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Maintain welcome, triggered, and transactional automated journeys
- Coordinate production calendars and stakeholder send schedules
- Perform personalization, link, rendering, and content quality checks
Requirements:
- Three or more years of hands-on email marketing experience
- Experience building, sending, and reporting enterprise campaigns
- Working knowledge of journey-building strategy and triggered programs
- Understanding of CASL, consent management, and deliverability practices
- Experience with Litmus and regulated-industry compliance reviews
