Job Responsibility:
Job Title: Electrical Engineer Specialist
- Duties:
Design electrical schematics for HVAC equipment.
- Design electrical panel layouts in 2D/3D.
- Select electrical components for power distribution, controls, voltage conversion, safety, over current protection etc.
- Generate electrical Bill of Materials (BOM) using ERP system.
- Validate alternative components.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects that are electrical related.
- Validate installation against code/regulation requirements.
- Troubleshoot issues happening during production, testing or service stage.
- Any other related task.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor of Electrical Engineering (BSEE) with 3-5 years of relevant engineering experience
- Familiarity with electrical standards (NEC, UL, CSA)
- Good knowledge of Power & PLC Control systems
- Excellent AutoCAD Electrical skills
- Proficient Autodesk Inventor skills
- Additional experience in HVAC and ERP systems is highly desirable· A Bachelor of Electrical Engineering (BSEE) with 3-5 years of relevant engineering experience
