From education and healthcare to financial, retail and government agencies, organizations depend on Motorola Solutions for safety and security.## Job DescriptionMotorola Solutions is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to own our Silent Sentinel camera offering and support video security product marketing into the Federal Government and Defense sectors. As a Product Marketer, you will work across Marketing and partner closely with Product Management and Sales to develop and deliver targeted messaging and specialized go-to-market strategies. You will be tasked with bringing new products to market, driving awareness for physical security solutions tailored to federal and defense customer needs, and bridging the gap between enterprise technology and public safety applications. Your focus will be on crafting value-focused messaging, creating sales enablement materials, and supporting dedicated campaigns for the target markets.**Who you are** * You are a creative storyteller with excellent communication skills that span writing, speaking and presenting* You are curious, asking questions and open to learning new technologies, new audiences and new markets* You can admit mistakes, and have the ability to learn from them and move forward.* You can take complex products or features and distill them into clear, concise, value-focused messages* You have the talent to create compelling and exciting messages to differentiate your product in the market* You are organized, with excellent follow-up skills, and can take ownership of projects and see them to completion* You thrive in cross-functional environments and can build relationships across teams to drive the greatest impact* You can creatively problem solve, prioritize and adapt **What you'll do** * Partner with Product Management to be the voice of the customer* Work closely with our Public Safety & Government Marketing partners and Sales team to understand the customer needs* Craft messaging and positioning that demonstrates the value of our solutions and differentiates it in the market* Acquire deep customer knowledge through market research, customer interviews, and segmentation analysis* Conduct competitor and market research to better understand our differentiation, target customers, key industries, and buyer personas* Own product and feature launches, including messaging and positioning, identifying target audiences, and creating content to support the launch, such as web pages, social media, collateral, presentations, and more* Work across Marketing to help create and execute go-to-market campaign strategies to drive product awareness, adoption, and pipeline* Develop internal and external facing content to enable Sales to effectively position our solutions in-market**Qualifications** * 5 years of experience in Product Marketing or similar field, preferably in B2B* Degree concentration in marketing, business, or related field* Experience working with combined hardware and software solutions a plus, with an emphasis on prior experience in the physical security space #LI-JS3#LI-REMOTE*Target Base Salary Range: $110,000 - $120,000 CAD* Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity. Pay within this range varies and depends on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate.## Basic Requirements * Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years of experience in Product Marketing or similar field OR 7+ years of experience in Product Marketing* Legal authorization to work in Canada indefinitely is required.
