B2B Sales Hunter — Commission-Only

**The Opportunity**

MaxGood.work sells the Enterprise Avatar — a USD $1,500/month subscription that gives organizations a fully customized AI coaching assistant built on their own expert content. We have paying customers, proven technology, and strategic partnerships with organizations like Scrum Alliance (1.5M members). Now we need a hunter to open doors and close deals.

This is a pure commission role with no ceiling. Our target: $250K MRR. When we get there, that’s $25,000/month in commissions for the person who helped us build it.

**Compensation**

* Base salary: None
* Commission: 10% of MRR you bring in, recurring monthly
* Path to $25K/month: Close $250K MRR — it’s math, not magic
* Stock options: Granted upon successful completion of probation — you’re building equity too

**Who We’re Looking For**

We’ll take a hungry junior salesperson over a risk-averse senior one every time. If you need a guaranteed base to feel safe, this isn’t your role. If you back off after the first “no”, this isn’t your role. If you want to prove yourself and build something, keep reading.

**You must have:**

* A genuine hunter mindset — you find prospects, you start conversations, you close deals
* Comfort selling B2B — you understand organizational buyers, multiple stakeholders, and longer sales cycles
* Real hands-on experience with automation tools like n8n, ActivePieces, or GoHighLevel (GHL) — you automate your own workflows, not just talk about it
* Real hands-on experience with AI tools like OpenClaw, Hermes Agent, Claude Cowork, or equivalent — you use AI to multiply your output
* The ability to learn and articulate a technical product to non-technical buyers
* Self-direction — you don’t need to be managed, you need to be resourced
