Risk Specialist at FCC in Agriculture

FCC / FAC

Enhance risk reporting as a Risk Specialist with FCC, focusing on agriculture and food sectors. Utilize your expertise in enterprise risk management within a hybrid work environment. This permanent position requires collaboration with key risk management partners, including senior leaders, to produce insightful risk reports. You will leverage your analytical thinking and strong communication skills to research industry best practices, translate complex information, and provide management committees with concise risk insights. If you're detail-oriented and thrive in a purpose-driven role, this opportunity is for you. Key Responsibilities:

Develop risk reports from business practices and stakeholder input
Support enterprise risk reporting and Top & Emerging risk initiatives
Advise on governance and the three lines of defence
Enhance risk reporting practices through research and analysis
Train colleagues on risk reporting methodologies and tools

Requirements:

Degree in business administration, economics, or related field
Minimum four years in a risk management environment
Expertise in enterprise risk reporting standards
Experience developing risk reporting tools
Knowledge of corporate insurance and AI applications
