Clinical Research Associate II at a leading functional service provider, responsible for designing and analyzing clinical trials while ensuring protocol compliance and data integrity. The role involves site monitoring activities, regulatory adherence, and cross-functional collaboration to support innovative treatment development.
Responsibilities
- Conduct site qualification, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits for clinical trials
- Ensure protocol compliance, data integrity, and patient safety throughout trial conduct
- Collaborate with investigators and site staff to facilitate smooth study operations
- Perform data review and resolve queries to maintain clinical data quality
- Contribute to preparation and review of study documentation and clinical reports
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in scientific or healthcare-related field
- Minimum 2 years clinical research associate or trial monitoring experience
- In-depth knowledge of clinical trial processes, ICH-GCP, and regulatory requirements
- Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced settings
- Willingness to travel approximately 60% of the time
