Lead Consultant, Microsoft Power Platform at EY

Transform client engagements as a Lead Consultant in Microsoft Power Platform at EY in Toronto. Spearhead workshops, design architectural solutions, and drive project management initiatives.
As a key contributor in this role, you will lead client workshops to gather critical requirements, analyze client needs, and provide custom solutions leveraging the Power Platform. You will oversee the creation and configuration of Power Pages while collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure projects meet their objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead client engagements to define business needs
• Analyze requirements and propose Power Platform solutions
• Design specialized Power Pages based on client specifications
• Manage testing phases, including user acceptance
• Develop and deliver user training programs
Requirements:
• Minimum of 4 years in Power Platform consulting
• Relevant Microsoft certifications necessary
• Strong English proficiency; French advantageous
• Expertise in drafting detailed specifications
• Familiar with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies
