- Conduct discovery sessions with customers to identify use cases
- Develop rapid proofs of concept using IFS Loops
- Liaise with presales and product teams for validation
- Provide training to presales teams globally
- Analyze field learnings to inform product development
- Experience in presales or solutions engineering
- Strong knowledge of agentic AI and multi-agent design
- Background in asset-intensive industries
- Excellent communication with both technical and executive audiences
- Willingness to travel for customer engagements
