The Role <\/b>
<\/p>

RedMane has a full\-time opportunity for a Technical Architect as we continue to grow our Vancouver based practice. The Technical Architect is a hands\-on role responsible for architecture and driving the development of our low code, highly configurable SaaS product. This role will work on a dynamic development team in an Agile\/Scrum environment to deliver a customized solution for our clients. Mentor team members in design, coding practices, and software development policies and guidelines.

Day to Day Activities Include

• Envisioning innovative solutions for complex problems, leveraging advanced understanding of software engineering principles.

• Leading technical design sessions, prototype work, and proofs\-of\-concept.
  <\/li>
  
  
• Hands\-on analysis, design, and development to enable further product scalability and interoperability.
  <\/li>
  
  
• Working with the project manager to remove obstacles, review design, and ensure releases meet the needs of stakeholders.
  <\/li>
  
  
• Mentoring team members in design, coding practices, and software development policies and guidelines.
  <\/li>
  
  
• Actively contributing to software development design and coding standards.
  <\/li>
  
  
• Verifying all completed work follows best practices and engineering standards.
  <\/li>

  Supporting cross\-functional teams in testing, deploying, and implementing the product.

  Preferred Qualifications <\/b>
  <\/p>
  
  

  
  
  • 8+ years of experience in software development as a full stack developer.
    <\/li>
    
    
  • 2+ years of engineering leadership experience, preferably in a C#, .NET, and SQL Server environment.
    <\/li>
    
    
  • 2+ in enterprise\-level platforms for custom solution building <\/span> , preferably in a cloud\/Azure environment.
    <\/li>
    
    
  • Experienced in use of AI in software development <\/span>
    <\/li>
    
    
  • Led teams of 5\-10 developers. <\/span>
    <\/li>
    
    
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
    <\/li>
    
    
  • Strong attention to detail and problem\-solving skills.
    <\/li>
    
    
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to individuals with varying levels of technical understanding.
    <\/li>
    
    
  • Highly self\-motivated with the ability to work independently.
    <\/li>
    
    
  • Proven ability to efficiently learn and apply new ideas and concepts.
    <\/li>
    
    
  • Ability to organize time, staff, and projects efficiently.
