Location: Vaughan, ON

Employment Type: Full Time / Part Time

Schedule: Monday–Friday , 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Compensation: $20–$23/hour, based on experience

About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and results-oriented Recruiter to join our Vaughan team.

The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-moving staffing environment, can handle multiple hiring requirements at once, and knows how to quickly identify reliable, qualified candidates. This position involves both office-based recruitment and direct interaction with clients, including occasional visits to client sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and recruit candidates for a variety of client positions.
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates based on job requirements.
• Respond quickly to new staffing requests and prioritize urgent vacancies.
• Coordinate candidate placements, onboarding, and required documentation.
• Visit client locations when required to assist with new-hire onboarding and employee follow-ups.
• Maintain regular communication with clients and placed employees.
• Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
• Build positive relationships with both candidates and clients.
• Keep recruitment records and candidate information up to date.
• Manage multiple openings while meeting recruitment deadlines and targets.

Requirements :-

• Previous recruitment or staffing experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Quick decision-maker with strong candidate assessment skills.
• Proactive, dependable, and responsive.
• Customer-service and client-focused approach.
• Comfortable travelling to client locations when required.
• Professional attitude with a strong focus on results.
