Job : The Health Educator - Senior position specializes in stimulating, coordinating, and delivering oral health prevention and promotion activities in the community. This position is responsible for a leadership role in the community related to community development, advocacy, and public relations. This position is under the supervisor of the Manager who is responsible to the Director

Education
- Graduate from a recognized Dental Therapy program
Licenses
- Valid Class 5 driver's license
Other Education and Training
- Graduate from a recognized Dental Hygenist program is also acceptable

- Knowledge in population health promotion and its relationship to health status

- Ability to diagnose dental decay/abscesses and identify oral abnormalities
- Knowledge in oral health and overall health relationship
- Advocates delivery of culturally safe, responsive & people-centered healthcare
- Knowledge in population health promotion approaches and community development
