As our Part-time Remote Receptionist, you will be the welcoming and efficient voice of our small team, responsible for managing communications and supporting day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
Rate: $18 per hour and $20 per hour after probationary period.
Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls and return messages promptly
- Book and confirm client appointments accurately
- Maintain and confirm client schedules
- Provide administrative support to all team members as needed
- Utilize Microsoft Office and Google Drive tools competently
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years experience in administrative support
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency with Google Drive
- Strong telephone etiquette
- Experience in appointment scheduling
