Join MCA as a Retail Merchandising Team Lead in Port Hawkesbury, NS for an intensive 3-week store transformation project. Bring your merchandising skills to support top brands and ensure flawless execution in-store. As part of the Store Transformations team, you will lead executional tasks under on-site leadership. This full-time temporary position requires precision in resetting categories, building displays, and installing signage. Your experience with planograms will be vital as you maintain high safety and cleanliness standards throughout the project. Key Responsibilities:
- Reset categories according to planogram standards
- Build endcaps and promotional displays effectively
- Install pricing, signage, and labels accurately
- Move and assemble small store fixtures with care
- Maintain safety and cleanliness during the project
- Minimum 2 years merchandising and planogram experience
- Proven track record in a retail or big-box environment
- Ability to follow detailed instructions precisely
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Physically capable of lifting up to 40lbs
