Instrumentation Supervisor at Sunoco

Lead the Maintenance team at Sunoco's Burnaby Refinery as an Instrumentation Supervisor, ensuring safe and reliable execution of maintenance activities. - Supervise maintenance activities for instrumentation
- Conduct daily toolbox meetings and job safety analyses
- Manage incident investigations and safety documentation
- Facilitate team development through coaching and reviews
- Oversee maintenance planning and resource coordination
- Minimum 5 years in instrumentation maintenance
- Leadership experience in a unionized environment
- Relevant trade certification or engineering degree
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Proficient in Computerized Maintenance Management Systems
