Our development team is at the heart of our operations, and we're looking for a talented Backend Developer with expertise in cloud-based technologies and backend development to join our team.
Job Overview: As a Sr Backend and DevOps Engineer, you will play a key role in building scalable, efficient, and robust applications. You'll work across the full stack, leveraging your experience with AWS services, backend technologies like NestJS and Node.js, and AWS to deliver high-quality solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy solutions that meet business needs and user expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Application and Resume must be in English
- At least 6 years of experience in Software development
- At least 2 years of experience with NestJS
- At least 1 year of experience with GraphQL
- Develop and maintain scalable applications using AWS Fargate , AWS ECS , NestJS , Node.js , and TypeScript .
- Design and implement serverless architectures on AWS to optimize performance and cost-efficiency.
- Build and maintain efficient backend services and APIs with NestJS and Node.js .
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver new features and improvements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring high system reliability.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Perform code reviews and ensure best practices in development.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
Required Skills & Experience:
- AWS Certification
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.
- Strong knowledge of NestJS and Node.js for building backend services and APIs.
- Proficiency in TypeScript for backend development.
- Experience with Auth0 or similar authentication/authorization services.
- Familiarity with microservices architectures and containerization.
- Experience working with modern version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to debug complex issues.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
- Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven experience with AWS Fargate and AWS ECS for deploying and managing containerized applications.
- Experience with other AWS services such as AWS Lambda , S3 , RDS , and CloudFormation .
