Research Manager for CAMH Clinical Studies

Lead impactful research at the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH) as a Research Manager. Oversee clinical research operations while supporting diverse projects and teams. CAMH is seeking a full-time Research Manager for its Forensic Psychiatry Research Division. This role entails managing study operations, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. You will lead recruitment, provide fiscal management, and drive quality initiatives across multiple research projects from start to finish. Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with investigators and key stakeholders
• Manage recruitment, training, and supervision of staff
• Provide fiscal oversight for research grants
• Monitor performance indicators and quality initiatives
• Coordinate and facilitate research projects across sites Requirements:
• Master’s degree in a related clinical research field
• 3+ years of clinical research operations experience
• Experience with multi-site studies and grant applications
• Proven leadership and communication skills
