Full-Time Community Resource Consultant Role

Become a CCRR Community Resource Consultant in Smithers to provide key support for families. This full-time position includes outreach to the Hazelton communities. You will play a crucial role in delivering CCRR services aimed at assisting families with childcare benefits and referrals. This permanent role involves managing a lending library, facilitating community development through programs, and attending local events for outreach. Your administrative skills will support the planning and implementation of these services. Key Responsibilities:
- Implement CCRR program services within Smithers
- Support families in accessing Affordable Child Care benefits
- Manage the resource lending library and its contents
- Attend community events to promote available services
- Organize drop-in programs and training sessions
- Experience in social services or community outreach
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Willingness to travel for service delivery
- Strong administrative capabilities
- Passion for community development and childcare
