You will coordinate Treasury Risk Committee and Board materials, while managing independent evaluations, regulatory issues, and audit findings. Your work connects Group Treasury, Enterprise Risk, GRM Compliance, Internal Audit, and Technology.Key Responsibilities:
Oversee treasury risk governance framework implementation across global operationsCoordinate governance reviews, challenge, reporting, and committee materialsTrack regulatory issues, evaluations, audit findings, and remediation milestonesMaintain stakeholder engagement across jurisdictions and partner functionsDrive automation using approved artificial intelligence toolsRequirements:
Master’s degree in business administration, finance, risk management, or related disciplineSeven or more years in treasury risk, governance, audit, or related functionsStrong knowledge of liquidity, interest rate risk, FTP, and capitalExperience coordinating executive and Board reporting through timely closureExperience improving governance through automation, analytics, and approved artificial intelligenceApply treasury risk governance, executive reporting, and cross-functional leadership to strengthen Scotiabank’s global risk operations in Toronto.
