Partner with Business Finance, Controllership, Procurement, Operations, and IT/Data teams to improve cash visibility, working capital accountability, business case quality, capital reporting, and exposure management across business units.
Identify opportunities to strengthen treasury and capital allocation processes, governance, controls, automation, banking structures, and decision-support tools as the functions mature.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, or a related field.
CPA, CFA, CTP, or another relevant professional designation
7+ years of progressive experience in treasury, corporate finance, capital planning, investment analysis, risk management, banking, or a related finance role.
Experience in a manufacturing, food, agriculture, dairy, consumer products, or other asset-intensive operating environment is strongly preferred.
Strong understanding of cash management, liquidity forecasting, debt facilities, banking products, covenant monitoring, treasury controls, and financial risk management.
Demonstrated experience with capital planning, business case review, investment evaluation, portfolio reporting, and financial measures such as NPV, IRR, ROIC, payback, and cost of capital.
Practical knowledge of foreign exchange, interest rate, commodity, counterparty, and liquidity risk, including hedging analysis and execution.
