Votre rôle : Surveiller les performances des membres de l'équipe afin de s'assurer qu'ils exécutent les tâches qui leur sont confiées en toute sécurité, avec précision et selon l'échéancier prévu
Assigner le travail aux membres de l'équipe en tenant compte des heures disponibles, des compétences et des autres ressources afin de garantir la réalisation des objectifs opérationnels.
Encadrer, conseiller et former les membres de l'équipe afin de garantir leur compétence et de les préparer à de futures opportunités
Favoriser la réussite des membres de l'équipe ; atteindre ou dépasser les indicateurs de performance clé, ainsi que les objectifs en matière de sécurité, de performance et de budget ; enregistrer les mesures de performance quotidiennes
Promouvoir la sécurité dans l'environnement de travail et veiller à ce que toutes les règles de sécurité soient respectées
Résoudre les problèmes liés à l'équipement (par exemple, remplacer l'équipement défectueux ou contacter la maintenance)
Se conformer aux politiques et procédures de l'entreprise en matière de santé et sécurité et de prévention des pertes
Toutes autres tâches connexes assurant le bon fonctionnement du centre de distribution
Les compétences recherchées : Vous devez être disponible pour travailler sur le quart de jour, du lundi au vendredi, de 7h00 à 15h30.
Compétences démontrées en matière de constitution d'équipes
Capacité à établir des relations de confiance avec autrui
Expérience et volonté d'encadrer et de coacher les autres
Compétences analytiques et de dépannage pour résoudre des problèmes complexes ; résolution créative de problèmes
Connaissance avérée de la suite logicielle MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook)
Capacité à bien gérer le changement et à rester positif face aux changements
Capacité à s'adresser à de grandes équipes, à communiquer des informations et à écouter efficacement
Expérience de la création et du maintien d'une culture de la sécurité
Compréhension des processus et des flux des centres d'exécution, de distribution et d'entreposage
Être disponible pour travailler selon des horaires variables et à effectuer des heures supplémentaires en fonction des besoins et des mouvements entre les équipes
