Kitchen and Childcare Staff

Job Responsibility:

Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Kitchen Team Member to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and possess experience in early childhood education or caregiving.

Responsibilities:

- Serve nutritious meals and snacks to children. All lunches are catered by outside company. All snacks are simple snacks. No cooking involved.- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area- Follow health and safety guidelines when handling food- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a positive dining experience for children- Assist in meal planning and inventory management

Requirements:

- Experience working with children is preferred- Knowledge of early childhood education principles is a plus- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment- Strong communication skills and teamwork abilities- Understanding of food safety regulations and procedures. Must have food handling certification, First Aid/CPR Level C, Criminal Record Check with VSC

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
