Nous recherchons un(e) Spécialiste en Acquisition de Talent pour faire évoluer nos pratiques de recrutement à travers le Canada, harmoniser nos standards, optimiser nos outils et accompagner nos filiales dans leur développement.
Votre Impact
- Améliorer l'efficacité et la cohérence des pratiques de recrutement à l'échelle nationale ;
- Déployer les standards et meilleures pratiques en acquisition de talents ;
- Optimiser l'utilisation et le retour sur investissement des outils de recrutement ;
- Animer la gouvernance Talent Acquisition au Canada ;
- Structurer et développer les processus de mobilité interne ;
- Renforcer la confiance des équipes RH et des opérations envers la fonction recrutement ;
Profil recherché
- Expérience significative en acquisition de talents ou en ressources humaines ;
- Excellente capacité à influencer sans autorité hiérarchique ;
- Esprit analytique et orienté résultats ;
- Approche pragmatique, structurée et collaborative ;
- Bilinguisme français / anglais.
Informations supplémentaires sur le poste
Salaire : 60 000 - 75 000 $ CAD par an.
Ceci est un remplacement, contrat de 4 mois avec une forte probabilité de contrat permanent.
