Team Member Needed For Short Term Rental Company

Job Responsibility:

Overview We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Team Members to join our dynamic team. As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive stay for our guests. Your responsibilities will include quality checks for cleans done at properties, guest communication, random errands and working with our awesome team of individuals. Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service online.
• Have the ability to problem-solve
• Assist the team in prepping listings for the next guest.
• Quality check cleans done by other team members
• Assist the team with fulfilling restock at listings.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by management to support overall restaurant operations.

Skills

• Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
• Experience in customer service preferred but not required.
• Willingness to learn.
• Ability to work remotely without supervision when needed.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and team members.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 50 per week
