Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Information Technology Manager to oversee the IT department and ensure the smooth operation of all technology systems within the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure the security and integrity of all technology systems.
- Manage and oversee the IT department, including hiring, training, and supervising staff.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify technology needs and implement solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Manage and maintain all hardware and software systems, including servers, networks, and databases.
- Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring that all expenditures are within budgetary constraints.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and developments, and make recommendations for upgrades and improvements.
- Ensure that all technology systems are in compliance with industry regulations and standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management.
- Strong technical background in hardware, software, and network systems.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
