Associé Financement de Projets EDC

À Ottawa, mettez votre expertise en modélisation financière et en structuration du crédit au service du financement de projets d’EDC.
Comme associé ou associé principal, vous analyserez des transactions complexes dans les secteurs de l’énergie, des infrastructures et des minéraux critiques. Vous contribuerez à la recherche sectorielle, aux modèles de flux de trésorerie et à l’exécution des transactions. Le poste offre une affectation permanente dans un environnement hybride.
Responsabilités clés :
- Effectuer des recherches sectorielles et des analyses de marchés
- Élaborer des modèles financiers détaillés et analyser leur sensibilité
- Soutenir le contrôle préalable de transactions complexes
- Préparer des composantes de trousses de crédit
- Contribuer à la gestion du portefeuille et aux propositions
Exigences :
- Maîtrise en administration, finance ou domaine connexe
- Minimum de deux, cinq ou sept ans d’expérience pertinente
- Maîtrise de la modélisation financière et des feuilles de calcul
- Connaissance des marchés du crédit et des capitaux
- Expérience en analyse de crédit, structuration et contrôle préalable
