Production Supervisor

Production Supervisor opportunity at a new pharmaceutical manufacturing facility in Ontario, Canada. Reports to Site Director and leads hourly teams in safe, efficient production of high-quality pharmaceutical products while maintaining regulatory compliance and driving continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Meet daily production objectives and optimize resource, labor, equipment, and material utilization
- Supervise hourly employees with focus on engagement and performance
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, GMP, and standard operating procedures
- Troubleshoot production issues and assist in investigations of off-standard results
- Schedule manpower, machinery, and materials to meet budget requirements and drive productivity improvements
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent educational credential
- 3+ years leading and supervising teams in manufacturing environments
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Clean shaven to wear respirator per health and safety standards
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences, engineering, or related field preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications
Compensation: $65,000–$80,000 base
