• Hourly wage starting at $19;

Reporting to the AIM Recyclage site director in Sherbrooke , the balance clerk will be responsible for monitoring receipts and shipments of materials. The person is responsible for weighing the equipment, weighing the tickets and responding adequately to customers.

• Welcome clients;
• Weigh the material;
• Make delivery notes in the software;
• Answer phone calls and redirect them as needed;
• Prepare shipping papers;
• Tracking of material shipments;
• Perform reports;
• Perform other related duties;

Qualifications

• One year of experience in customer service;
• Experience in the transportation field (an asset);
• Good knowledge of Excel.

Additional Information

• Work schedule: Monday to Friday (8 a.m. to 5 p.m.), and Saturday morning (8 a.m. to 12 p.m.)
• Full-time, permanent position.
