Experior Financial Group Inc. is looking for a New Business Clerk.
Responsibilities:
- Establish solid working relationships with the sales force and support them with processing client applications.
- Review client applications to ensure completion and required agent codes are included.
- Case Management between the carriers and agents to ensure all underwriting requirements are fulfilled.
- Maintain and update department's New Business manual.
- Perform other duties pertaining to the New Business Department requested by your immediate manager.
- Offer process and technology improvement suggestions.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in office administration.
- Experience working in the insurance industry considered a strong asset.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Provide excellent customer service when delivering information in person, over the phone and via email.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new systems.
- Handle stressful situations with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Have great problem-solving skills.
- An ability to thrive while working with tight deadlines and multiple priorities.
- Positive attitude and able to accept constructive criticism.
- Reliable and trustworthy.
- Attention to detail and accuracy is a must.
- Able to take ownership of your work.
- Willing to learn French/Spanish is an asset
