Candidates should be hands-on with RF design, component selection, and lab validation to thrive in our collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Design high-power RF amplifier solutions and related circuitry
- Perform schematic design, simulation, and optimization
- Select and characterize RF components and transistors
- Review PCB layout for RF performance
- Conduct hands-on lab testing of amplifiers
- Master’s or PhD in Electrical Engineering or related field
- 5+ years in power amplifier design for wireless products
- Proficient in RF simulation tools like ADS or MATLAB
- Knowledgeable in RF lab equipment and testing
- Strong troubleshooting skills in multidisciplinary environments
