SYSTRA Canada External Interface Requirements Lead

Join SYSTRA Canada as an External Interfaces Requirements Manager in a hybrid environment. Drive the integration of complex stakeholder needs for the ALTO High-Speed Rail project. As the External Interfaces Requirements Manager, you will be pivotal in coordinating and managing deliverables and ensuring compliance with stakeholder commitments. This role demands strong leadership skills to navigate multi-disciplinary requirements and effective communication with external parties. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the integrated deliverables plan for external interfaces
- Coordinate stakeholder engagement and documentation processes
- Capture and monitor external requirements and commitments
- Develop risk mitigation strategies in collaboration with leadership
- Prepare management-level progress reports for the director
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or project management
- 15-20 years of experience in project and interface management
- Expertise in dealing with public-sector stakeholders
- Bilingual ability in English and French preferred
- Strong organizational and leadership capabilities
