Ce rôle clé nécessite un leader stratégique avec plus de sept ans d'expérience en Customer Success. Vous superviserez l'équipe, définirez des objectifs clairs et collaborerez avec diverses équipes pour garantir l’adoption réussie de la plateforme Botpress. Ce poste exige une présence sur site, sans option de télétravail. Key Responsibilities:
- Manager et faire évoluer une équipe de Customer Success Managers
- Définir des objectifs et des indicateurs de performance clairs
- Recruter et développer de nouveaux talents en Customer Success
- Structurer et piloter la stratégie de Customer Success
- Agir comme conseiller·ère pour les clients clés
- Plus de 7 ans d'expérience en Customer Success
- Expérience en management d'équipe Customer Success
- Expertise en SaaS, PaaS ou tech B2B
- Excellentes compétences en communication et leadership
- Familiarité avec les technologies comme l'IA générative
