Senior AI Engineer for Real-Time Data

Join a dynamic team to enhance agent evaluation with your expertise in AI Engineering. In this role, you will support live production data and improve telemetry processes for agent performance evaluation. As a Senior AI Engineer, you'll leverage over 8 years in software engineering to define technical directions for next-gen data ingestion and analysis. Your hands-on experience in running high-volume telemetry will ensure that agent behavior is scored in real time, directly impacting user experiences. The position involves not just engineering but also shares insights through open-source contributions and talks. Key Responsibilities:
- Build ingestion paths for agent traces at high volume
- Score agent behavior live from production traces
- Enforce quality and safety guardrails in requests
- Correlate spans across services for unified tracing
- Convert production traces into datasets for future deployments
- 8+ years in software engineering, 5+ in SRE or data infrastructure
- Experience with distributed tracing and OpenTelemetry
- Familiar with routing traffic on live signals
- Strong analytical skills for real-time telemetry decisions
- Knowledge of LLM observability platforms
