Lead remote engineering teams at Quo while shaping AI-powered platform functionality, customer data experiences, and scalable software practices across Canada.As Senior Engineering Manager, you will grow a team improving platform functionality and user experience. You will guide engineers through complex initiatives involving AI technologies, SaaS products, login, billing, and customer data. The role combines people leadership with technical judgment and strategic prioritization.Key Responsibilities:
Lead a cohesive, healthy, high-performing engineering squadDrive vision and strategy for team initiativesAlign engineering efforts with business goals cross-functionallyHire, coach, mentor, and develop engineers and leadersSpearhead AI integration, including enhanced contact propertiesRequirements:
