Team Lead, Actuarial Data & Claims Analytics

Intact

Intact is seeking a Team Lead for the Claims Data Analytics Team (CDAT) in Canada. You will guide analytics projects that inform customer experience, operational excellence and financial performance, while coaching team members and coordinating with stakeholders.Role requires a mathematics/actuarial background, FCAS/FCIA assets, and at least five years of relevant experience. A bilingual capability is essential for national collaboration within a hybrid work setting.
