Engage with clients and lead team training initiatives Key Responsibilities:
- Develop design concepts and functional specifications
- Review vendor drawings and coordinate with teams
- Manage all aspects of project timelines and budgets
- Conduct factory testing and on-site coordination
- Lead a team while delivering project presentations
- Bachelor's in mechanical, packaging, or manufacturing engineering
- Minimum 8 years in packaging systems
- Experience in food and beverage projects
- AutoCAD and MS Project proficiency
- Willingness to travel extensively, 50%-70%
